I'm not sure if this is something that can be called art, but at least I created something with it!
So, since two of my friends are very good singers, we decided to record their voices, mix them with the musical skills (synthesizer, piano, drums) of my boyfriend and make a video out of it.
I did the video-recording- and cutting-part which took me like six hours or so. I would love to get some criticism. Ratings and comments on youtube are also very welcome, of course.
The programme I used is Sony Vegas Pro 9. I recorded with two different cameras.
No no! The two persons in the video are two of our friends. They are the singer. My boyfriend did the background music, he is really gifted in these things, he can play the guitar, the bass, the drums, the synthesizer, the piano... and also, he combined all the instruments and the vocals on the computer.
My part was to film the scenes and mix them with the music. So I did only the video.

I've been making videos like these for years, most likely with scenes of movies or TV shows, combining them with music to underline the scenes. I wonder if I should study something like media design in order to become a cutter or something like that when I grow up.
It's not that far away, since time waits for no one and I already have to apply for university or vocational training next year. :/
