Hey panda, does this thread apply to first come first serve?

I ask this because I originally was wanting Teddy from here and there are a few users now who want to claim him.


And I have been searching every where for him a while now

It's going to be first to claim once they're in boxes, unless its someone like marshal who will be raffled off.

However, I've just changed the rules now, and you can request PM notifications for when someone you're looking for is in boxes prior to me posting in the thread
