To send TBT/forum bells, all you have to do is click my the bells number under my avatar and put in the amount you want to send. You also have a field that you can put optional notes on. When it comes to messages, it allows a custom message to be on a collectible that is viewable just by hovering over it while on your visible lineup. Hope this helps! Thank you!
