The latter, up to 200 trade-in value. So for only 86 TBT technically , they can get up to 200 in value if they trade it in. Basically, a significant sale except requires envelopes to participate. The only conditions are that they have to get at least 86 worth of stuff so it is fair and no change will be given either which is why I said up to 200 instead of just 200. Hope that makes sense!
