Perfect Town Project

Hey...
I am currently in the process of making my town a perfect, by Nintendo's standards, one.
Whilst I am doing this, any help/company/donations will be very much appreciated.

Helping includes:
1) Planting Flowers
2) Digging up stumps
3) Pulling the occasional weed
4) Watering flowers

Donations include:
1) Golden Roses
^ This will make creating and maintaining a perfect town much less tedious and time consuming.

I have my patterns laid out in the 16x16 acres and I am currently trying to maintain perfect status.
ANY help, whether you're actually helping or just running around in my town is appreciated.

Rules:
1) Please try to not pick up patterns
2) Please no destroying or picking up flowers

Objective:
1) Maintain perfect status for 15+ days
2) Jacob's Ladders (eventually)

Just post with your information in this thread and I will let you in ASAP.
Please come help out and I will definitely give you some sort of reward for your generosity.

UPDATE: My town is now perfect, help is still needed to maintain it for 15 days (to get golden watering can).

I have a question for anyone that has previously gotten a perfect town or whatever...
One day Pelly/Phyllis tells me the town is in fantastic shape and what not (indicating I have a "perfect" town), but the next day she says that there is not enough greenery in some areas. Usually I am able to fix this by just planting flowers so it isn't a big deal, but does this effect the "15 day streak" of perfect status that you need to get the golden watering can? I have made the status go to perfect by the end of the day but does this count...?
