How do you get it? I'm trying to get my golden watering can, but so far its a no go. I have the max amount of pwp, my town is on the beautiful ordinance, I have lots of lowers and trees. Do the pwp's have to be all different because I have like 4 lampposts that are the same. Is that what's stopping it? Because Isabelle keeps telling me that my town is underdeveloped and needs more pwps. Help!
I know that having too many trees can set off the perfect town rating. In my own experience, after lining most of my paths with trees I lost the perfect rating so I had to construct like 2 PWP's.
I had the perfect town rating for several months. Having the wind turbine, solar panels and zen stuff is a plus for a perfect rating.
After I got the drilling rig, tower, video screen, garbage can, jungle gym, toy tire -- I lost my perfect town rating.I don't care because I have the gold watering can. The illuminated PWPs are not perfect town friendly.
I've built two illuminated hearts and managed to maintain a perfect town rating. I also have very many trees and bushes in my town. Make sure you have less than 10 items laying on the ground (ie: tools, clothing, etc). I was unable to achieve a perfect town during the first month of playing because I always emptied my pockets while leaving everything on the beach.
