Mailboxes are usually restocked with the fruits/letters/cakes/etc during a TBT Direct. A plain mailbox and add-on restock likely won't happen because only one is giftable, and the rest aren't in high demand or are infinite in stock. If more were giftable, I could see add-on restocks being a thing (because of resale and profit).

User title changes are free; when you're changing it, make sure you scroll down and click "Save", otherwise the changes in your settings won't actually save.

But, a restock is a restock, so if the petition works (if), then the collectibles will be restocked too most likely, so sure, sign. But only for a full restock/direct.

i'm going to be frank with you, theres no purpose for you to be doing this. People are making these "petitions" because they want something new, and this is asking to do nothing but something that is bound to happen in the next direct. If you're having trouble with changing your user title, then just PM a mod about it.

The problem is, I've noticed the OP doesn't want to PM mods for help. He or she starts thread after thread to complain about everything. Several mods have responded and they've told him/her repeatedly that they'll answer questions via PM. I think the OP just likes trolling, to be honest.
