Petition for Ability to Rearrange Collectibles/Timestamps & Toggle-able 10/12 Lineup

Official "Petition for Ability to Rearrange Collectibles/Timestamps"
& "Petition for Toggle-able 10/12 Lineup"

With the first one, not much else needs to be said...

The second petition: if it isn't clear, it's for an option for members to be able to toggle between having 12 and 10 collectibles in your lineup. (For you newer members, once upon a time we were only able to display 10 items in 2 rows of 5-- now it's 2 rows of 6 totaling 12.)

About the feasibility of this: I don't see how there are any issues tbh. There are people in the community that are even willing to seriously step up to the task of fixing the database themselves (like MasterM64), and I'm pretty sure almost everyone on the site would love for this to be a feature.

MESSAGE TO THE MODS: this isn't like a riot or anything, this is more along the lines of a way to show how many people want more customization options with their lineups.

Count me in my friend! I am all for both features to be available since it would practically allow endless collectible lineup formations and make collecting these collectibles more fun for everyone.

You can throw my name in there as well, I would love to be able to re arrange the timestamps on my collectables. While I do favour the 2x6 rows of collectables (cause even-ness) I see the 2x5 rows favourable to center collectables as well, which I wanted to do in the past.

Yeah, sign me up as well... I’m not overly interested in collectibles, but I have to agree that this would benefit a lot of people. :)

As we have mentioned in the past, we have considered collectible reordering for some sort of premium feature to offer in the future. I tested a reordering of Oblivia's lineup 2 - 3 years ago. There are many features and ideas we have considered or may already have in the works. However, implementing certain features on the forum is more complicated than a simple database tweak. One example of how this particular feature would be more complicated than it may seem to be at first is to understand how the collectibles are actually ordered in each post. They're not actually directly ordered by date, which you can see from the date of my rotten turnip. All of this to say, it will probably be a feature someday™.

^ just got sniped :O

Sign me up too!! This would benefit me a lot since I'm fairly new to the collectible world <3

what wizardry is this

(creation date/time and display date/time treated as different, with one harder to tinker with?)

Very interesting! So if I understand how things are structured, collectibles are assigned a id that is created when a collectible is added to the database based upon when the collectible was bought? If this is the case, would swapping ids cause the desired effect?

Do I have to sign anything for real? If not, then you can count my vote. I just really want to own one of every collectible and I don't really care for the timestamps of the collectibles I get, so having a feature to rearrange them would be nice. :)

just gonna leave this here as a lesser, but still useful, (and far easier to implant, almost certainly) qol idea
