hes there just about everyday if its sunny

He was there the entire week from when I got the game. Then he dissapears for 2 weeks, then re-appears for a while.

That would mean that I have some terrible luck with the dude because I've been playing daily since the 16th, and he hasn't appeared in my city at all, snowing or otherwise.

I read in the official ACCF guide that he only comes on sunny days, but I don't think he comes every sunny day.
