Welcome, welcome, to the club of town Catville, peacfully ruled by Adrienne, the Phoenix Queen.
But, while Adrienne has many friends, Anubis, the newest villager, seems to always be alone, so he decided to submit a friend request form to the Internet! He has not yet achived his special visiting code yet, but he will as soon as possible.
The Phoenix Queen has certain rules for her town though, and Anubis agreed to list them:

1: Please, have Wii Speak on. And for those who say "I don't have Wii Speak", you can still have it on so you can hear other people who DO have it. I use it, so that's why this rule is here.
2: You may take any item you wish from the Free Stuff!!! pile to the right of Nooks. It has white tiles with writing on them. However, as for the pile to the upper-right of Nook's, above the Free Pile, you may only take them if you pay the asking price for them. This is the For Sale pile. If there are any items in front of people's houses or in a strange area, please ask before taking them. You may take any flowers you like, unless in front of a house, ask first.
3: I almost always check the stock of both of the town stores daily, so feel free to buy. If I haven't checked, you may still buy, because even if I didn't check, it's at my fault, not yours.
4: Not really a rule, but feel free to donate any unwanted items to the Free Pile, it's always being taken from, so it would be nice to have it nice and full.
5: Last, but not least, to make sure I know you fully read the rules, please put this in the beginning of your reply/PM: I agree to abide by these rules in the Phoenix Queen's name!

A: No, I didn't. Feel free to run.
Q: Is it ok if I fish, bug catch, dig and/or pick up seashells?
A: You may catch fish and bugs, pick up seashells, but please ask before digging anything up. You may also take from the Recycling Bin. Also, ask before shaking trees.
Q: Ok, I want this (item name) from the For Sale pile, how much is it?
A: Always ask me about the prices in the For Sale pile before offering any money. My prices are fair usually. I have a few items in there that need to go!
Q: Finally, can we ask to catalog/buy stuff from your house?
A: You may, but you prolly won't get too many things from inside anyone's houses. Daddy is my Dad's character, so don't ask anything from him.
