Photo Collage Programs that Don’t Require Subscription for iphone

Hi! I was wondering if anyone knew if there are any programs that you can make collages and delete background from images, that do not need a subscription for iphones?

I found one program that allows me to do what what i am looking to do (here is an example), but it is limited time only and will eventually require me to get a sub :/. other programs give 3-7 free day trials. I just want one where i don’t need to worry about that.

I usually use computer, but hopefully one of them can be used for iphone? Let me know if it doesn't work, and I can try and find something else~

Photopea works but i am not sure how to insert other images and how to then make background invisible.

No option to delete photo background in PiZap. :/

Picsart is good for collages and all photo editing! It will ask you subscribe, but you don’t have to subscribe for most features.

Thanks so much! When I created an account it asked me right away if I wanted to subscribe. so i assumed it wouldn’t let me use it without agreeing to that sub or free trial. I just went back in and saw that I could after I read your response. On adobe express the option to use remove background was limited time only so was really looking for an option with no time limit on that feature.

So i was able to save one project i made in picsart to it but now i cannot do anything without a subscription. Does anyone know of a program that does the same thing but requires not sub to make anythijg?
