Picture is pretty much as is, the only thing is length of dress, it should be knee length (like the normal overall dress in New Leaf, I just liked this one but hate that it goes to the floor). She has long pale blonde hair pulled into a low ponytail, green eyes and a straw boater hat. If you could add a little blue feather sticking out from the ribbon of her hat that'd be awesome.

Can I make the overalls white?

I would prefer not to, since her overalls are denim. BUT she does have an alternative outfit where it's a white sundress, no sleeves just straps, that goes to her knees and has blue flowers on the bottom. I don't have a ref for that thou.
