so yeah had to book a time with a midwife for birth control consultation rather than with an ob/gyn which is alright, i just dont get why like no place takes new people wanting to see an ob/gyn :(

oh well i do need to go, neither of these pills i had were really good and i'm defo open to patch/shot or whatever, just dont want IUD for reasons :c[{spoiler]

ugh I hate that, it happens to me too when the sun has been out for hours and the window In my room is at the angle where the sun hits it in the afternoon. so hot.

PACHIRAS ARE NOT WICK PLANTS

THEY DO NOT NEED CONSTANT WATER

I mean I kinda already knew this, but ig I forgot🤷 I recently got a pachira type plant and it had one of those wick things, meaning you fill the bottom with water and it 'self waters' the plant. I've had plants like that before no problem so I thought this one would be fine.

It was not.

It started getting fuzzy white mold(?) on top of the soil and it was also at the bottom of the pot. The soil itself was also quite moist despite it having been watered a week ago, which is not normal. I tried to get as much of the old soil off, dry it off and put it in a new dry pot with new soil and a bit of fertilizer. I didn't water it cause the roots are still a little damp and the plant doesn't really *need* water that often. I want it to dry out some more and acclimate itself to the new dirt before gettin the plant wet again.

The plant itself seems to be okay, the leaves are all still green and there's new growth, so I hope the mold stuff didn't affect it too much. I am concerned that the bottom half of the trunk(?) is yellow, as if maybe it's suffering from rot. It feels firm thou so ig I'll just have to watch it.
 
I don't know why, but I find it kinda funny that yogurt in Spanish is yogur (pronounced jo- or yo-GOOR)

Also I told my friend I had the day off today and she texted me and asked if I wanted to get brunch. At 2:30 in the afternoon
 
Is having your Discord tag as your name on the Switch a thing now? I’ve seen people with a word and #3799 or a different set of numbers after it, which indicates a Discord tag. My tag personally doesn’t fit, but I’m not sure I’d want it as my in-game name either way.
 
Even though change is something that is really hard to go through it sometimes is necessary. If you're stuck in the past and you don't do anyhing to evolve or grow then its not going to go over so well.

Yeah idk it either, I've seen it on Splatoon 3 and Pokémon Go as well. Honestly I don't get giving it out to strangers unless you maybe are in the same server but then you can get it other ways as well. Weird.
 
I like how I had 4 followers on twitter and now I'm suddenly down to 2 followers, like idk what tf happened but I'm tempted to not post stuff on twitter until I can grow my youtube platform. it's clearly a waste of my time atm.

Could be bots that got terminated, idk if you looked too closely at their profiles when they followed you but that's what I would suspect!
 
Both Villagers, Link, Isabelle, and Both Splatoon look so out of place in Mario Kart 8. It’s just funny seeing them in a game called Mario Kart.
 
Keep your fanfics (and personal stories) safe, the A.I. crowd is coming for them and trying to turn them into garbage books on Amazon for profit.

Stuff like this is why I'm hesitant to put my stuff online (even though I kinda already have..)

It’s funny the closer you get with someone, the more you trust them and suddenly you trust them more than anyone in your family. You’re opening up to them and showing parts of yourself you don’t show to anyone else, and… yeah, that’s me.
