It is crazy busy . I work a grocery store and it was chaos all day . There were so many people at one point we ran out of shopping carts.
Just one point? Our store wouldn't stop running out every minute. I'm not even exaggerating here. Then the customers will say to all the employees "Gee, I wonder why it's so busy in here!" 🙃

That one point was about three hours or more of no carts as soon as one was brought back it was taken again. Sometimes they didn’t make it back to the store . Customer’s just gave other customers their shopping carts outside when they were done with them .it was between 12-6. When we had the most customers.
Our customers said the same thing about being busy. They were also surprised when we started running out of things.

It's more fun working in it!

In all seriousness... I'm just glad it's over. Eagles are freaking winning though

Edit: Actually idk who I want to lose. Wanted the Chiefs to lose at first but dealing with annoying eagles fans all week made me shift. It's funny seeing the Chiefs fall apart tho ngl

Damn it, why couldn't it just be the Lions beating the Chiefs? :[

I was at a buffet and poured the soup onto my plate instead of into a bowl.

That might be one of the stupidest things I have ever done. I don't even get embarrassed easily but oh my god.

I return to the table and I say to my mother 'hey, maybe i'm too tired to be driving right now. maybe you should be behind the wheel on the way home'.

I had to roll out the trash bin to the street, and at night. Thanks to the moon, I didn’t need to use my phone flashlight to see where I was going. It also made the night sky look beautiful. It was an ideal temperature for me too (around 50°F (or 10°C)).

Walgreens Vapo-Rub, I love you. That stuff literally cleared me up last night and I could actually SLEEP!

Also, my mom told me she wants to start playing the Sims. I’ve only played them at friends’ houses, so I don’t have much experience, but I’ve seen people play them on YouTube and they look like lots of fun! I feel like I would be addicted lol.

Maybe this is peculiar, but I believe something sentimental does not always have to be physical.

It's a common course of discussion. Do online friends count as real friends?

Personally, I would go farther and say old online accounts and even childhood emails could be something personally cherished. It's something we spent a significant amount of time with so I don't see why it's discredited because it exists in a digital space.

I have account elsewhere that recently turned 7 years old. It now covers 1/3 of my life. That's rather significant and stuff I've posted on it could almost encapsulate a personal time capsule.

It doesn't exist physically, but why is it not more important than something that sits on my shelf for years?

The other day, I told another member where my apples come from. Despite previously going by the name Alolan_Apples, the apples actually come from the South (including Chef Apple). These apples also have a southern accent.
I love imagining Chef Apple with a sweet Southern momma accent hehehe 🥰🍎
