Blather's tent is in the background of one picture, and they have the ladder, so they have had to donate at least 20 things to the Museum. Even if Blathers got 15 fossils to progress the plot, that means that they have had to donate 5 Fish/Bugs to Nook to get to that point. And they are telling people not to catch bugs/fish.

Everyone knows progressing in games is specieist.

This is the same organization who ranted that fake video game character Mario for wearing a tanuki suit. No one takes PETA seriously, whether they be animal lovers, vegans or anyone else. PETA is fun to laugh at though with these asinine APBs of theirs. I love animals, and believe every living thing deserves respect, human or animal, but I also know the difference between little virtual video game characters and real life. Something PETA obviously does not, and that's as funny as it is sad.
