Please Help!

I'm stuck on the part where you have to set up 3 houses for new villagers. All of them say the interior and exterior furniture is in place and my character did the little happy dance. However when I speak to Tom Nook he says they're not done.

Have I forgotten to do something or is it a bug?

Have you tried saving the game, quitting and then starting again? If everything is done then it should be all good. It sounds like a bug...

Nevermind - the internet cut out then when it reloaded he said it was finished. Hurray!
