A sixth of Gardevoir's health gone.
Psychic didn't do much damage, maybe I should raise my special attack...

The battle continued and I decided to plan my moves and which order to use the Pokemon in.
 
Gardevoir was down a total of quarter of it's health from the multiple attacks.
"Now, Psychic!"

Health down to half now.

"Again, Bolt Strike!"

Gardevoir's health is down to a third.
Oh no, if he beats gardevoir he could win, since absol is weak to fairy types like dedenne!

Gardevoir fainted, due to yet another crit.
Ahh, just absol left... Ok, let's give i all I've got.
"Go, Absol! Mega Evolve!"
 
A sixth of absol's health disappeared.
uh oh... hopefully he won't use fairy type moves...

Deciding to raise absol's evaisivness to hopefully avoid attacks, I shouted, "Absol, double team!"
 
Critical hit! Dedenne fainted. Not that I was surprised.

"Congrats! Good luck next battle." I said, reaching my hand out to shake her hand.
 
"Thanks"
I shook Marco's hand. "That was incredibly close though. One more fairy type move and you'd have won instead."
