Buying Pokemon (for Sun and Moon)

Since the release of the Pokemon Bank, I have been on a quest to get all first generation and second generation Pokemon that do not show up on the Alola index (such as Pidgey and Sentret). As much as I want to complete the Pokedex for both Sun AND Moon, I would like to get the older Pokemon for my Pokemon Moon file.

Right now, I am looking for all first gen and second gen grass Pokemon (except for starters, Pokemon available in Sun & Moon without Pok? Bank, and Celebi). But I want to start this with Oddish and Hoppip, especially Hoppip. I'm not sure which Pokemon you would want, so I will spend TBT Bells. Keep in mind that I am normally busy, but my FC is still the same.

EDIT: I do not trust GTS. When I ask for a non-legendary, they ask for legendary Pokemon, Ultra Beasts, and the guardians. I'm not trading those for a non-legendary.
