Elise tried to hurry them upstairs away from the Nurse so she couldn't hear their convosations.

Mikey nervously looked at Aspen and said, "Don't tell her this is why I'm here, but she ran away from Snotra Town, and her dad is really worried... I'm here to get her back..."
After struggling a bit, the Quagsire uses its Water Gun, but the Flarewer was able to dodge it. It yet again uses Grass Knot on the Quagsire which causes it to faint.

She successfully moved everyone away from the nurse, and Randall headed upstairs to his room and went right to sleep.
