The Quagsire, upon seeing Monferno, uses Water Gun on it and pushes it back. It's super effective! Though it was a weak move, it didn't do too much damage to it.

"Monferno, use Mach Punch!"
Pinky does nothing.
"Monferno, use Mach Punch!"
Pinky still does nothing.
Quagsire charges up another Water Gun, but Marc finally realizes the error of his ways. "Pinky, use Mach Punch!"

Quagsire is knocked back, but lands on its feet and charges up a Mud Shot and spews it at Pinky.

At this point, Marc realizes he only has two options: run or catch. He chooses the latter, and throws a Pokeball at the Quagsire. It wobbles once, twice...

"Pinky, Mach Punch, now!" She runs toward the Quagsire once more.

Pinky gets on top of Quagsire and delivers a barrage of punches, straight to its stomach. She eventually gets up and the Quagsire, very slowly, gets back onto its feet. Barely.

~ Lokiopolis Town~
At the edge of a plateau, this city looks over Thorwood Marsh a few miles over. The most notable feature of this city was its Mall. People from all over the region come to this place due to its large shopping center and enormous size. Also inside the town is the Pokemon Day Care, where many breeders are seen inside the fence and an older man standing outside, giving a reassuring smile to everyone that passes by.

Elise tilted her head in Aspen's direction. 'I am fine with either way, do you have a location you want to reach?"

"Ive gotta get to Alfr town eventually, so I guess going North would work better for me. I don't have to be there urgently though, so I don't really mind of we go elsewhere."

(Sorry, I've been looking after my cousins all day. Back bnonow though )

Elise looked shocked at Aspen's question, but shook her head. "N-No, no where in particular... I don't really know where I would be going anyway..."

Elise looked shocked at Aspen's question, but shook her head. "N-No, no where in particular... I don't really know where I would be going anyway..."

Randall claps his hands together, trying to break the awkwardness, and said, "North it is then."

~ Route 4 ~
In the grass, a group of Plusle and Minun are playing with eachother, with a few Equari trying to get within the midst of it as well. It's generally a flat plains with a few trees here and there, each infested with Glowae. Ponds nearby consist of Wynaut spraying Water Gun at the Caffettes. The Fleubud's are pretending to be just grass that you could walk on, and will occasionally snag a Pokemon's foot and laugh.

"Oh. So you're just... exploring?" Aspen sounded confused. That was more or less what she was doing too, except she had an end destination in mind. Elise didnt. She looked back at Randall. "Okay!"

Elise tried to remain as un-social as possible, to be honest she started to regret her decision to run off. She was now in the middle of a place she has never been before with two strangers, but hopefully it will be a fun adventure.

Aspen looked around route 4, north of the city they'd just been in. When she spotted some minun and plusle playing around in the grass, she pulled a pokeball from her bag and let out her own minun so it could join them for a while if it wanted.

A lone Caffette walks up to Aspen's Minun, and uses Scratch on it.

(Just realised I hadn't given Minun a name, so she's called Minnie now.)
