Popular Public Works Projects?

a clock, I really want to build a wisteria but no one of my villagers have requested it yet...

Great responses! I haven't noticed the clock option yet! How much does it cost?

I really want to check out some people's towns because I think one of the most interesting things about this new AC is how you can spend more time upgrading your house, shops, or town. Everybody will probably tackle this differently. Though I think I am most interested in doing my house after I get my first bridge in :D

I did a bench so I could pay it off quickly. Didn't have the island unlocked at the time. PomPom moved into a spot where I was planning to place a project so I'm gonna kick her out, put a fence project there, and basically keep it occupied until I unlock the project I really want.

I've made the Campsite, Faceboard and I just started a lamppost now. I wanted to start a bridge...but SOMEPIGGY put his house there. >_> *Glares at Chops*

You can kick villagers out?

My first project was the wooden suspension bridge, then I made another cobblestone bridge.
Luckily, my villager Kevin requested the police station, which was my first request :D
Finished paying that off and my next project will be a bench, unless another villager requests something I really want.
Chevere requested a drinking fountain today but I don't really want one right now.

Also, when my game lagged during an online session on the island I met Ressetti and now I can make the reset center :D
So far, pretty lucky with the public works projects, my town is slowly coming along.

I am very far into the game for it being my 4th day... I set the day back once to get a fishing rod, not thinking it would affect the progress in the game, but it did, so I got mayorhood one day early.. I have been playing nonstop so I have had lots of cash on hand all the time. Every day since then, I have paid my house off and made one community project. I just paid the 198000 bell loan, have build a cobblestone bridge, suspension bridge, (3bridges total now), built a yellow bench and am now working on a streetlamp that is going right next to that bench. I like the cafe, fountain, and street lamp projects. Also I like bushes even though they arent even projects haha. Now I just need the QR code machine so I can get paths and I need to start setting up the layout of my town...

I started with the campsite, because it was the one besides the Cafe I was most looking forward to. Today I'm working on a suspension bridge and tomorrow... who knows!

I did the Fountain first. ^_^ Almost did the Campsite, but I wanted that dang fountain. Just set up to get my new Cobblestone Bridge up and running this morning. Can't wait!

I'm doing the campsite first. My villagers are being cheap and refusing to donate money, so I've paid all but 238 bells on it -.- I almost have it finished, though. Next will be a fountain. :)

I did the campsite first! And then I did the bridge.
I'm not sure what I'll do next. c:

My first town project was the campsite in fact a person just moved in to it!

I really want... Umm I think it's called the tool shelter, i've seen it called all sorts of things, but it looks like a bus shelter, it looks so cute in the rain!
