Ok. I said this once before, but here is my full version.

Snow, as you all know, can kill any plant. Saplings and flowers. But, I think our grass sint growing back because of one simple reason. Snow. Snow isn't killing the grass, but it is putting the growing to a halt. The flowers we plant now are actually a good thing. We have been preparing without even knowing it. I am almost certain that in the spring, our precious grass will return.

tl;dr?

I've never seen in snow in my town once though.
It could just be that the autumn and winter season coming up halts it from growing back.

Yes, but it snows even when you aren't in your town. So you may not be there, but it shall snow at one point or another in your town.

When you get a cut, do you have to be continually cut for it to keep hurting?
No, that one cut will remain painful.

Actually I cut myself yesterday and it only hurt for a minute, and then stopped.
