I'd spend around 200-250 for this because the artist is wasting their time and their talent on something for the customer. Art isn't easy. Art isn't just something you learn from the side of the road and instantly become 'good at it'. It takes time, skill, and patience. We don't just grab our tablet pens, draw a chibi that looks really good, only for it to be tossed a lowball price...I know it's your opinion but that's at least 150-200 tbt at the least.
