AC:PG Kapp'n island is 2 black (blank) acres (in-game) and shows up as 2 white acres with red X's (on save editor)

I've never heard of that happening before, it shouldn't happen even if you hacked your way to the island without first gaining access because it's always there. it seems like the acres were somehow deleted.
are you able to share screenshots of what you're seeing in-game? and probably on the save editor as well.
