My brother isn't able to post anywhere for some reason. He logged in with the randomly generated password and then changed it to something else. Can't think of a reason why he wouldn't be able to post... I know it's not a local thing since I'm using the same computer to post this... any ideas?

Who knows, it could be IP related but, there could be another reason behind it. I recommend you ask Jeremy about it because it could all have to do with the Default settings.
