ShopTo are an English company but I think they do ship internationally. They're always the cheapest and most reliable on shipping in my opinion.

Amazon UK had it for a while but they already sold out. They had international shipping, so I imagine that a lot of those went to oversea buyers.

Yeh, it's a well good deal... especially seems it comes with a pack of amiibo cards.
The japanese folder I bought cost more than that and only holds 80 cards xD
