The proportions looks very nice.

The anatomy in the legs (particularly our left) looks a little off, and is further exentuated by the lack of fabric folds. (Her skirt being rigid looking makes her leg look very unnatural given its position)

The pattern on the shirt is very well done but it lacks any flow. This is similar to the fabric folds - having them go in a straight line makes the character look very flat. (Not flat chested)

This might come off as rude but its genuine curiosity: are the eyes copy pasted from a base? I ask because they're the only things shaded in the entire pic. Its fine if you did, but it's way better to draw them if you're looking to improve. If you drew these completely disregard what I just said.

Aside from all that, I think it looks really nice. The hair in particular looks very good and with shading + highlights it would look fantastic.

Maybe cool it down with the highlights a bit. It looks like her coat was dipped in latex.
