Private message notification

Hi so i was clearing out my inbox and someone sent me some lights, and i'm guessing that's what my notification is for, but the problem is that i can't see any new messages in my inbox even though i have the notification, so it isn't going away

Knowing that the PM notifying you of receiving the Christmas Lights doesn't exist anymore and can't be marked as read, my guess is that a Admin is going to have to go into the TBT Database to fix it (going off of my understanding of websites, web servers, and databases). I actually recommend using the Contact Staff form so that they can see your issue and resolve it quicker! Hope this helps!
