Problem with TBT transfer

Hello, about an hour ago I sent 90 TBT to a user for a transaction, yet said user hasn't gotten them yet. I am sure I sent them to the right user, 100% sure.

Could I have some help with this?

Thank you for your replies, I got the email and it also appears there... yet the user hasn't gotten them yet
 
Click on the email, see the user it arrived to, if it was them there inbox is full or they are lying.
 
Bell transfers are instant. Who is the user?

I've taken a look and it looks like you made a mistake in the username, sending it to an inactive account. If you link me to the profile of the user you intended to send the bells to I will fix it for you.
