Not sure if there's already a thread here, but here is the good stuff I have heard so far, and what I am not looking forward to in the game. Like, are girls and boys allowed earrings like Diana?

Pros:
1. It goes beyond 2050.
A feature not in ACNL.
2. Outside items are no leaf anymore.
You can put barbecues outside.
And they'll be real barbecues.
3. Micro-organising items.
Furniture can be in the middle.
Just like Happy Home Designer.
4. 3D graphics paying attention to detail.
Catching bugs, fish and sea creatures more life-like.
5. More clothing and shoe choice.
Saw a range of colours for one shoe type in reviews.
6. Tanning is banned.
If you don't want tan, don't worry.
If you have dark skin, you have a default choice.

In Between:
1. Autosave: No resetting/TTing.
But, when does it actually save?
When we talk to villagers?
Every five seconds?
Is Resetti going to have a different job?
2. Dresses sway back and forth when windy.
What if it gets too windy?

Cons:
1. TARANTULAS: They're ugly and scary.
Some types of spiders are venomous.
They have like, eight eyes.

Alright, there are 3 problems with the OP's Post: (I don't wanna cause a fight here, as I certainly don't want to be involved.)

1: We don't even know if Time Travelling will be in the game yet, but it most certainly will. I don't even think Time Travelling has nothing to do with autosave at all.
2: The wind will stay the same most of the time. The only time it'll get windier is when its stormy.
3: We haven't seen what a Tarantula is in game yet. So how could you say that when it hasn't been revealed yet. Plus its not a major con, its a con of your own...

Personally, the more creepy crawlies that can attack you during summer the better. Tarantula/scorpion hunting is one of my favorite things to do in Animal Crossing.

No tting? I thought tting is still a thing and also works even with autosave? Or did I missunderstood
something?

If you look at some of the blog posts, the creators have decided to not use cloud save to avoid cheating. I've been researching.

You're entitled to your opinion, just like I am with mine. You're not creating a fight, that's so immature of me if I were to fight back anyway. I'm nearly 20, not 2.

Like I said to Melody previously, look at the blog posts, no cloud save backup. This is to avoid cheating. Yes, I have been researching. Con of my own? Did you know this fear of mine is rational? Did you know it's not only me who's afraid of spiders?

Look up the reviews on YouTube, look at the reviews in blog articles before you assume things. I apologise to you if I come off as being plain rude, but it's the truth. But, as I stated previously, you are entitled to your opinion. It's 2019, it's a free world.

Well the thing is while resetting will be really hard thanks to autosave, TT will 99,9% not be affected by this, like Paperboy012305 already said. The linked article also does not mention TT at all. It doesn't even matter if they consider TT cheating or not, because trying to prohibit it creates a lot of other problems. The following quote from another user explains this a bit further:

Time traveling isn't going anywhere. The game works with real time, so unless it's an always online game, which it isn't going to be, restricting time travel is impossible. 100%.

The game relies on the system clock, so if you turn your switch off even a minute, the game can load into the current time.

Even if locking the clock offline was possible, it would be very asinine. Think about people who go on vacation or move to different time zones.[...]

The whole rumor with no TTing was blown out of proportion on the AutoSave thread as an offbeat comment about cheating. I highly doubt clock manipulation is taken out of the game.

Maybe there wont be an option ingame to change time but you can always change timezones on the switch. Its literally impossible to take out time traveling.

Hm, I don't think that tting would count as cheating but okay...

I time travel too and I don't think it's cheating, but apparently the owners think it is.

I hope it's true because I like time travelling because I go to uni.

I hope so. It wouldn't be fair for us not to time travel if we go to work and uni and basically have a life. Like, I want to meet the real world too, you know?

Con: Sheep villagers wearing shirts.
It looks strange.
can't think of anything else

OMG, I thought New Horizons would just allow scarves. They have thick coats! Even in winter they won't freeze! But in summer they need no coat as in-real-life if sheeps don't get sheared in summer, they will die!

Pro:
The villagers can have sleeves now! (What did they do before, just flex their muscles and tear the sleeves apart??)

That's awesome, especially for the winter months. But yeah, haha that remark made me laugh.

What would be more awesome is to have (like Happy Home Designer) hanging stuff on the ceiling (like a chandelier) and rugs. And designs for curtains. And a more wide range of items in catalog. I'm trying to design my home in the exact way my in-real-life home is.

About the "In Between" points:

1. I think we should wait till they gonna explain how the whole auto save will work in the game before
we already jump into conclusions and thinking that there will be no more resetting and time traveling
anymore. I think both will still be possible in some way.

2. I don't quite understand the issue here. I mean, are you worried that if it gets too windy that the
dress would fly up and you would see the *ahem* panties of your character? If so, I'm pretty sure
this will be not the case.

Merry the Mime, yes, I was just questioning how much and how long the game progresses until it autosaves. But in previous replies, we might still be able to time travel because the Nintendo Switch can change the time. Hopefully the manual allows us an instruction to start the island all over again, especially if we did too many mistakes and want to start over.

You made me laugh with your second paragraph. Yeah, I'm sort of hoping it won't be a Marilyn Monroe incident. But I think it's impossible because it is designed for all ages.

I think it will not be the case that the game saves after every single step you made or after every flower
you plant. And I also think that time travel should work like it worked in the previous games, with having
a in-game clock you can use to do it. After all, time traveling is a sort of feature that they may not promote
directly to their fans, but the creators know that people do this and that it's not a bad thing to tting at all.
After all, you just "mess around" with your town, you don't effect anyone else's town with this. Besides, I
think there will be ways to undone mistakes and pretty sure you can start over if you want to.

Haha, yeah, I think they will not go that far. Only thing I could imagine is that maybe if it gets too windy/
stormy, your hair may get messy (like how it gets messy after not playing for a long time in NL). Would
be at least a nice detail to make the game a little bit more "realistic".
