He can make sexist jokes and his brother can't say, "Hawkamcphonics worked for me. Stalefish. Barial. Mchawk (H is silent in Spanish, so he says it "Mcock".

How is he being racist? He has never said I hate black, whites or any other race. All he has said about race is basicaly what is in their genes. Yes they can be sterotypes but that doesn't mean they are wrong.
