Putting ACCF Name Help!

I need to put ★ ~Mimc~★ in the "ACCF Name" section (Profile) , but when I try, it says

The field "ACCF Name" is longer than the maximum 8 characters.
Error Code: 30054:561

I think it is because of the ★ I put in my name.

EDIT: In this forum ★ <- looks different. What I mean is located here.

Oh and while i'm at it, how do you get coloured user-names?
This is a repost, because no-one answered ( and it had been a long time ).

To get the colored usernames you have to post in the forum a lot when you get a total of posts it changes colors.
