It's all using BB image codes and table codes.

So she's just using a normal image code inside of table codes so that they are all spaced properly and don't get out of organization.

You can find a list of BB codes here

or you can go to the bottom of the page and there will be a box called "Posting Permissions" and where it says "BB code is On" click the BB Code and it will take you to the same page.

That was used for our New Years event and was just never removed. Same for the IndieGogo, old codes that were put in for specific things and were never removed.
