Question about DAL Points.

Heya, so I wasted NM tickets, by going to Harv's AND a mystery island, as I don't visit other player's islands.
Then I found out it only counts one point for either a mystery island OR Harv's.
Not both.

Ok, so I TT alot, and went to Harv's each day during that time, going forward days, and back again.

I counted at least 60 points.

I only needed 30 to get the next item.

My only question is, Doesn't it count if you TT?

That really would be another kick in the guts for me.

i would hope that tting doesnt effect the dal points, because its just harvs island. i wish you the best of luck with this

I TT'd again today, and got the cap, but by my count, It owes me still.

I'll keep a better record of it now.

Ok, it's 100% that TT flights DON'T COUNT!

So pissed.

At 160 trips on different days to Harv's, I didn't get the umbrella.

I'm now at 180 trips and nothing.

My wife's character got to 75 trips on different days, and no sunglasses.

She's now at 80 trips and nothing.

I TT to the next day, take a flight, come back to today, and take a flight.

It isn't counting all the days.
It only counts the DATE once I'm thinking, even though it's on a different day, because both my wife and I are past due for the next item.

I'm not going to bother.

It doesn't count the days you come back. You'd have to travel out 160 days and travel every day. Or travel to Harv's, a Mystery Island, and a user island every day for ~54 days before you received the next item. You are capped off at three points a day and each location gets you one point.

I know all of that.

I went to Harv's on different days, and it should have counted.

So, no dates that have had previous flights count?

That's screwed up!

There's so much I do like, though I still prefer NL, and think if NH had NL's items, features and NPC's, it would be the perfect game.

I hang in there because I don't want to give up on a series I've loved and been playing for sixteen years.

I try to find things to pass the time, while trying to keep hope alive for some of the NL stuff to be added.
