Question about going back to edit facilities...

So there are requirements in the facilities that I don't actually want in there, but am required to have to "finish" the facility. My question is, can I go back and take the required items out later? I made my hospital into a dentist office, but am required to have 3 beds in the patient's room, so I just threw 3 in there in random spots in hopes I could remove them later...

Can you edit facilities at all or do you need to wait until you add more rooms to go back and change the stuff you've already done?

You can edit the facilites as much as you like, but you need to "finish" several of them, until about the third batch or so, when Digby appears permanently. He's the one that lets you edit facilities.
