Question about mushrooms and November

So, I've been finding mushrooms occasionally in my town by stumps, which I've been collecting and storing outside my house (in one corner of my town). My question is, once November comes around, does that mean mushrooms will not spawn in my town? In other words, will the game think, well, there's all these mushrooms in town, I must have already spawned them, no need to spawn today?

Sigh, I hope this isn't the case because then I will have to move all those mushrooms indoors.

Nope , You will still get mushrooms in November. Trust me , I tested this out

I had no idea what to do with the mushrooms. I have been leaving them where they are and noticed they disapear every now and then. Last night I picked one by mistake and got a rug which was awesome. Should I pick them or leave them ?
