kik i'm not so sure of, we allow skype sharing on profiles so maybe, but i'm sure facebook is not allowed since it's a direct link to your personal information.

No, it's not against the rules but it is advised you be careful what all you share and who you share it with.

I seen people do it so yes you can honestly on any website you can't tell others your password but everything else is up to you.
