Question about TBT refunds

so I sent around 300 TBT to a person who owned a chibi shop on the website and they went inactive. I've tried PMing them twice and still no response, and I want my tbt back so I can spend it on other useful things. Is there any way I can get it back or am I out of luck? ​

You send in the bell correction and mods look into what you said and give back anything if it is correct, I sent a sapphire to someone and they ended up not wanting it and since you can only send them once I sent in a collectible correction for it, if the member in inactive that should be some proof as to getting it returned

This is not what corrections are intended for since it wasn't a mistake. What you can do in this situation is use the Report button to report the transaction.
