Question about TBT

I noticed some people talking about offers for "TBT". What is this and how do you pay people with it?

'TBT' is the currency of this website. On the sidebar (where your username and avatar is) you can see your 'bells.' (under your post count. Right now you have 29) People offer TBT for AC:NL items mainly or collectibles. (you can buy them in the shop) Say you want to buy a crown in the game. You can offer TBT for it, and once you get it you send the TBT to the other person.

You can buy a whole load of stuff with it, like IGB (in game bells), ACNL items, forum collectibles, art, etc
