Question about using patterns on HHP.

i know that if I use a pattern on a HHP home, then change that pattern, it will also change at the HHP home (which I think is a bummer). However, if I add that home to my showcase and later change it, does it change it there as well? I'm wondering if it is "saved" for the purposes of the showcase.

I assume you're referring to custom designs? Well if you do replace them on the same slot it does affect the custom design you used on the other home. Did you upgrade your Nookhphone where you were suppose to have more custom design slots? If you didn't you may want to do that so that way you have more room to use custom designs so you would not stress out about using the same design and then having to replace it with the same slot. I hope this made more sense.

Yes, that's what I meant. I have upgraded, but I've still managed to use all the slots. LOL I just thought maybe when you uploaded it to the showcase, it "froze" at that point (like a dream address doesn't change until you upload a new one). I have noticed that Skye's house is still in my showcase in its original form, even though I've since given her a roommate and completely changed her home.

I see. Well my advice you should probably remove any custom designs you don't use anymore and replace it with ones you actually want to use. Just becareful not to replace the one you used for the villagers home otherwise it will start to change. You may want to retake the picture so that way it will show that its been changed. It can be confusing because sometimes the game doesn't remember you made changes and the best way to do that is to retake the picture and it should show up as changed. The HHP showcase is confusing sometimes, but I hope you'll get the hang of it.
