Do the Villager in New Horizons never have their own unique Furniture and decorations in there homes like in New Leaf ? I really liked that part. Now they kinda build their own furniture but every house looks the same and some villager completley stopped for days now one doesnt even have a bed in his house ? How does this work ? It takes alot from the personality of the villager in my opinion. I really dont understand how this is suppose to work need i do gift them their furniture and decoration items ?

I was honestly bummed about this as well. They all had unique homes, now they all just about have the same house as another villager of the same personality type would.
Best I could say maybe gifting them things, and chances are they may display them in their homes.

That is honestly untrue. Olaf and Raymond, both smug, have completely different exteriors and interiors. Same goes for Chrissy and Audie that are both peppy, Fauna and Kitt, both normal, and Dobie and Rizzo, both cranky. Maybe some villagers have similar interiors or exteriors than others, but honestly this isn't that common.
This makes sense. I was wondering why most of my villagers' interiors were incredibly bland, yet Marshal's interior looked so nice.
