question for my fellow artists

It depends how busy I am. Ive been doing alot of stuff for my portolio recently and that takes about a day or two each?

When Im drawing my big pieces with my phone. Which Im making full body sprites for my visual novel... those take about a couple days each? But Im pretty fussy on details now a days. So I take awhile.

Something big and detailed like that can easily take me a couple of days (assuming I can only work on it between job/errands/other life stuff)
On of my biggest detailed pieces took me several months LOL

Anyways there’s always going to be someone whose faster at cranking out art than you, but that shouldn’t deter you from opening up a shop/commissions anyways cause ppl will buy based on if they like your art or not, and not how fast you can get it done.
If you’re worried about the time it could take state that clearly in your rules/TOS, or talk to your buyer about an estimated wait time; most ppl will understand!
