Quick question re: rules re: hacking discussion

I haven't been active for a month or so, and I took a pretty long hiatus before then; so I can't remember exactly where administration stands, or if it's changed since I've been around. Can we talk about our hacked towns?

Now, a quick Ctrl+F in the Rules tab will find you:

C. Prohibited Content:
...
Hacking information, viruses, or harmful computer software​

and

b. Prohibited Transactions:
...
Duplicated, hacked, or power-saved items in Animal Crossing.

And I can completely understand that. But can we talk about hacked towns, without talking about HOW we have hacked them? Last I remember, there was some wavering on this, whether it was a ban-able offense or not. And I'm certainly not looking to get banned, here. I'm not even looking to make this an argument one way or the other: I just want to know what exactly the rules are re: discussing hacked towns (without discussing HOW they were hacked or METHODS to hacking).

Pretty sure you can talk about hacked towns, just don't say, "oh i can get you this, or i hacked it using this", or you could get a warning/infraction, though I'm not sure.

You can have hacked items, but you cannot trade them or sell them. It's against the rules so you would get an infraction/warning for doing so.
