Imbri
Resident Night Mare
I guess with two towns, it makes more sense to make separate posts for them. Hope you all don't mind the extra reading.
Woke up to blue skies, so watering flowers and finding fossils was pretty nice. Lolly and Pekoe were bustling around, bright and early, as usual. The Lost & Found has been fairly empty, but perhaps everyone is just keeping track of their items. I'm sure someone will get lazy about it.
After I got my coffee, Lolly pinged me outside the café. She wanted me to bury a time capsule for her, because if she did it, she'd be too tempted to dig it right back up. I took it over to her house and buried it in front of the sign.
Greeted villagers as they woke, but everyone was pretty low-key. Maybe they're saving up their energy for Bunny Day. When I dropped in on Eugene, I found my poor koala under the weather. He said he thought the fever was from love (who's the lucky lady, Eugene? I'd push for Pekoe, myself), but it's getting worse and he asked me to please get him some medicine. I ran home and grabbed one of the stash I keep for these times, and returned with it. By then, he asked me if "you and your friend would please stand still". Seems the poor dear was seeing double. After handing the meds over, I left so he could get some rest. Hoping he'll be better soon.
Did a quick visit both ways with Erin (yes, it's still me, but the characters are differently named, so yeah) for cataloging purposes and to add another tick on the badge progress. Salem's fossil exhibit is complete, and Hollowyn only needed two more. One was located in Salem, so brought that over for Emerald to donate. One more piece, then I can focus on the other rooms.
I planted a couple more bamboo sprouts, and that will finish the edging for the Train Station area. I'll still have to fill in with holly bushes, but the framework is in place. Actually, I had two extra, so I started working down toward Anabelle's house, in order to start that path area.
Leif had a cedar sapling, so I'm also continuing the forest toward Purrl's. I'll work over to the station and down to the campsite, then across the town. I've decided to keep the cedars only north of the river, even though some would grow around the Plaza.
That's about all. Like I said, it was pretty quiet. Looking forward to Bunny Day, since I haven't experienced it before. Hope everyone finds lots of eggs!
