Dunno. Don't put me on the spot. XD Maybe I'd give a 5-minute grace period? They did agree to the rules when they entered, including the one saying they have one hour to reply to me. I think one hour is pretty fair compared to the one second it takes to check if someone is online (on TBT, anyway). But let's not get ahead of ourselves; they may still answer before 10.
