Giveaway ~Raffling villager of the week~ This week is... Zucker!

I've decided now since I haven't been going on NL so much and my villagers are are kind of just sitting in my town that I would start giving some away. I'll be doing this like my WW town, if the villager ask to move, I will allow them to leave if they've stayed long enough. Keep in mind this is not a fast cycling thread, whoever leaves will leave when they ask. I have quite a few popular villagers here, so I will be hosting raffles for them as well~ Basic rules are-

1. I want raffling villagers to go to people who will keep them for a good while. Please have it shown somewhere that they are a dream villager.There are lots of people really care about what villagers they have...
2. I will almost always keep raffling villagers at their normal moving pace. I don't go on NL as much now and don't
really care what villagers I have so therefore do not need to TT. If for whatever reason I need to TT while a villager is moving, I'll end the raffle early.
3. Have room to pick up the villager by their moving day, or I will have to select another winner!

i really wish to have him, i'm a japanese student, have been studying it for 5 years and i really like their culture, i like takoyaki a lot, i have spent almost 2 weeks looking for him, there is a thread in gamefaqs called the VET and someone had zucker, i spent 3 days there ( even had a fight with my gf for that ) refreshing so i could catch him at last time and talking to people to show them that i really wanted him, but when he was in boxes the owner decided to do a giveaway and couldn't get him, now i have been bumping my topic on gamefaqs for some days but have not been able to get him, you can check my posts here and in gamefaqs, my user there is cristian321, and i haven't sold any villager and i don't plan to, if i can get him i'll cherish him a lot, thanks for reading .

My preferred color... Oh that's a hard one... I'm going to say blue because while green rocks I have a blue 3DS so... yeah

Why I want him? For multiple reasons! He's a sweetie that I'd love to have... Hahaha food joke. I love takoyaki but I promise not to eat him!

But for real reasons I had him when I first started NL and than he moved without telling me, not the nicest thing but I still won't forget about him! After that I reset my town, he was the only neighbor that I 'liked' and started to get to know, which made his move even worse on me. Since than in my new town I have a nearly completed dream villager, so I'll probably never restart so he will always be with me when I need him or when he needs me. I think him and Merengue would have an older sister/younger brother bond and Stitches and him would have a best friend bond for the reasons of them being my closest friends on the game.

Why I want him- He's a little flirtatious octopus with freckles and chop sticks in his chocolate drizzle hair, I absolutely love characters with food or "personality" as I want chadder, I have Marsh-Mallow and Tangy =3
He would have someone to love and nurture him (Marina and I) I always plant flowers around their houses and I actually talk to my villagers and they are not for display... TY this is sooooo generous!

And I love octopodes.Seriously, I wish I had one as a pet and in ACNL, I habitually dive for octopi rather than more "bell-worthy" things. I have an octopus displayed in every current character's house in both my towns. ^_^

Reason: Ever since NL came out on June 9th I have tried TOO many ways to get him. Raffles, Bids, and doing the villager reset trick 100 times with no luck. He is been my dreamie forever! If I am able to achieve my dreamie Zucker through this generous free giveaway, then I will also do a free giveaway for Marshal as a thank you gift.
