Random Spent Bells

Haven't clicked anything, yet every now and then I get something in my transaction log that says "Post" with a strike through it and says something like "1.1 Bells Spent". What's going on?

I wonder if it's a charging fee.

I believe it is from editing posts. I will ask my people about it.

When you edit a post it retracts the bells from the previous post then you gain a new amount based on how long your edit made the post.

Example: This post is worth 2 bells, I edit it and then it's worth 2.1 bells, so the 2 bells are removed and I gain 2.1 bells.

I think anyway.

That wouldn't make any sense because why would you want to charge someone Bells for just making a simple mistake (typos, etc.)?

Well the numbers aren't right yet. I'm still changing stuff with the currency.

It takes away 1.(x) bells away from you when you edit it. Say i have a post that got me 2.1 bells and it was 11 words long. It I edit said post, but maintain the same amount of words, I only lose 1.1 bells. Say I made a 35 word thread which made me 8.4 bells. I edit said thread and lose 1.4 bells.
For some reason, i have the last one in my transactions twice. But I'm not complaining.

And I just accidentally clicked a post that said, "View for 50 bells" and now I lost 50 bells :/. Oh well...
