First of all, welcome. I'm super new, too, and I wish I had the guts to ask for someone to visit my dream town upfront like you did, because I haven't had a visitor yet either. I just got my Internet up, so I guess that's why-- though I'm probably just incredibly uninteresting, lol. Anyway...

I'm aiming for the Dreamer badge, so I've been visiting a lot of dream towns lately. Um, I don't want to sound like a jerk, but considering how small your town tree is, I'd say you haven't been playing New Leaf that long. And that's not something I'm going to count against you; I just want to mention that I've seen those patterns in dreams that have been around for, well, months. So I doubt they're "your own." Secondly, it's nice to see you using so many signs and stuff, because I've frankly never found any use for them myself, but you ought to put something on them when you get the chance; don't just leave the default designs on them, because they're super easy to spot.

I'd give your town, one a scale of one to five... I'm not sure. I would say work on it; not because it needs work, but because your town looks to be pretty new.

I decided to give your town a visit and what PuddinPie made sense. The patterns seemed extremely familiar and your town tree isn't too big. Although you do have a Dream Suite so you probably went up to that point.
