As it's been pointed out that TBT inflation has finally started to level out, I'm changing this thread in to an Auction but will set a Buy Out Price at 1500 TBT (B/O is based on what others have sold Raymond for recently)

Will consider offers in NMT but will prioritise TBT offers.

I will accept reasonable offers made up of a combination of TBT and NMT. For example, you can bid 800 TBT + 50 NMT and continue to top up with NMT if you want to. However if someone else bids the same number of TBT this bid will be priority and you will be out bid. For example: 850TBT > 800 TBT + 50 NMT. If you would like to bid using TBT and NMT please comment first and I will confirm if your bid has been accepted.

Hey guys,

I'm letting Raymond go because as much as it hurts my heart to use him as a cash cow, (because he's just so sweet) I really could use the extra TBT for future endeavours. I will be sad to see him go, especially because he never stops watering my roses! I hope he goes to someone who will love him!

I haven't given him anything he's as original as possible.

2000 TBT seems way too high tbh, I'd only really realistically pay around 500 NMT for Raymond here. To put it into perspective, I bought a shiny pokemon, a 1/4016 chance, on here for only around 200 NMT. Raymond isn't worth more than double the price of a shiny pokemon...

(and if you are asking, 500tbt is my bid for the little guy. I've been trying to get him for months.)
 
I think converting TBT to NMT and then gauging the price like that would be the best? I've seen users sell it for as little as 1 TBT to 1 NMT but that's only been recent so please don't take my word.

Thanks for the constructive comment. I believe the economy is finally levelling out on here. Just a couple of weeks ago I paid 3000 TBT for 300 NMT because the economy was so inflated. Its good that things are getting back to normal. I don't want to sound like I'm being greedy asking for 2K TBT, I only based it around what I've seen others pay for him in TBT recently. Yesterday on another thread he was sold for 1500 TBT.

Yeah, that wasn't a jab on you at all! I think the prices on here and on nookazon are just hyperinflated in general, and it's very disheartening. You are not wrong for looking at what he's being sold for and basing things off of that, I just think the base price he goes for on the daily here is bonkers.

I hope it levels out more tbh, because I'd love to actually get an office cat of my own.

Well I've changed the thread into an auction to reflect what has been discussed and so far you are the highest bidder. I also realise people like to pay in NMT so I have made that an option as well, I just would prefer TBT 😊

Also I personally wouldn't trade something expensive on Nookazon, it seems really dodgy on there. I feel a lot safer trading for larger amounts of bells etc on here. 😊

What are you considering the conversion rate for NMT to TBT be since I only have 540 NMT but I'm not sure if that would be enough :/
