selling raymond :) he is 100% original (meaning nothing has been gifted to him) and i'm looking for high offers in nmt so i have plenty to hunt for my dreamies.

i'll keep this up until 2PM EST. he will go to whoever has the highest offer by then.

currently in the process of getting him in boxes

highest offer so far is 300 nmt; offered by Coca

*note: please be willing to drop your nmt before speaking to him!

highest offer so far is 200 nmt! i'm gonna go to sleep right now and try to wake up early to get him in boxes. once he is in boxes i'll keep this up for another hour or two to see if anyone else wants to offer and then i'll sell him.
make sure you have a plot available!

Hi @Senketsu, when you wake-up please add a clear end time to the auction. Not stating a clear end time is a violation of the Rules and Guidelines.

This isn’t an auction though, she said offers, not bids. She’s just selling the villager and accepting the highest offer; since when has TBT changed the rules and not allowed selling unless it’s in auction form???Not only do I not see that stated as a rule, but I see people selling and taking highest offers all the time. She has also stated she’ll be leaving this thread up until later today. If selling is only allowed in auction form, then that should be stated in the rules

If users are bidding against each other to offer the highest price for something then it is classed as an auction, and must follow auction rules.

Then what's the point of selling a villager over creating an auction?

While we're on the topic, can we get some pinned threads in the new horizons forums? I see the rules still in new leaf forums but none in the NH. and considering were getting a large influx of new players that don't know the rules or where to find them, we really need some rules pinned here. I see people directly breaking the rules unknowingly like every minute. Just a thought, that's all I wanted to say. Thanks.

When you sell a villager, rather than auction, you have more control over who it goes to and the final sale price.

@dizzy bone is actually working on this at the moment. :)

Any further questions regarding selling vs auctions, please post in Contact the Staff rather than derailing this thread. Thank you!

sorry!! this wasn't intended to become an auction 😓 i'll be sure to do this differently next time!

anyways, highest offer so far is now 300 NMT. i'll keep this up until 2PM EST for anyone else who may be interested in offering.
